UW-Superior to host 23rd annual Student Film and Video Showcase
SUPERIOR, Wis. — The University of Wisconsin-Superior will host the 23rd annual Student Film and Video Showcase at 7 p.m. Friday, May 15, in Manion Theater. The event is free and open to the community.
The showcase will feature 12 short films created by students as part of their coursework during the 2025-26 academic year, including several capstone projects by communication and media studies majors. The showcase program will be announced Wednesday, May 13.
“The showcase is an annual celebration and exhibition of the best student films and videos created each year in the Department of Communication, Media and Theatre,” said Brent Notbohm, professor of film and video and chair of the Department of Communication, Media and Theatre at UW-Superior.
