Control of the affairs of The Chamber of Commerce shall be vested in the Board of Directors. Board of Directors shall consist of no less than 15 or more than 21 members. Board members can serve two (2), three (3) year terms. One-third of Directors not holding an office nor serving in an appointed position shall be elected and take office in January. There shall be four (4) appointed Directors representing the following:
Chancellor of University of Wisconsin-Superior
Executive Team Representative for Northwood Technical College, Superior Campus
CEO of Superior Water, Light & Power Co.
Superintendent of the Superior School District.
There shall be two (2) appointed Directors serving in the capacity of Ex-Officio status. The Ex-Officio Board of Director seats are made up of the following two (2) organizations:
An official representative of the City of Superior
