UW-Superior Music Department to feature soprano Vicki Fingalson
The University of Wisconsin-Superior Music Department will feature soprano Vicki Fingalson in a free virtual performance for its University Recital Series at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 13.
Developed with both the gifts and challenges of the past year in mind, the concert will feature familiar songs from musical theatre and art song genres.
Using song, poetry and visual art, Fingalson will be joined by pianist Hector Landa for an evening of hope, peace, courage and joy through reflection. This short program will include repertoire by Rogers & Hammerstein, Aaron Copland, Stephen Sondheim, Jake Heggie and others.
