ORB 365 Project Looking for Pledges For the Lake Superior Ice Festival

Join the ORB365 community art collaborative! Pledge to protect your waterways and symbolize your pledge by creating ice orbs for the Lake Superior ORB365 display. The community goal is to make 365 orbs to create the shape of Lake Superior. Each orb represents a day of the year that clean water is important to us. Ice orbs for the ORB365 display as part of the 2020 Lake Superior Ice Festival, January 24th - 25th.

Follow these steps below to join in the fun!

Step 1: Make a pledge to protect your waterways – ORB365-pledge-form-2020.docx

Step 2: Mail, deliver, or email in pledge that includes the number of balloons needed

• By Thursday, January 9th, please get the completed form to Megan at hogfeldtm@ci.superior.wi.us or 51 E 1st St. Superior, WI 54880

Step 3: Receive balloons & make orbs - ORB365-ice-orb-instructions.docx

Step 4: Deliver frozen orbs to Barker’s Island on:

• Thursday, Jan. 23rd between 10:30AM-12PM OR between 4:30-5:30PM OR request a pick-up of Orbs

Step 5: Join in the festival fun at the Lake Superior Ice Festival and see the ORB365 display!
