Congratulations to Twin Cities Hospitality, LLC, the new owners of the "Coats Plaza Hotel" in Virginia, MN from Steve Bragg, Business Broker. 

Twin Cities Hospitality, LLC has been in the motel business in the Albert Lea area and plans to operate the Coates with all the existing employees and continue to be the premium place to stay in the Virginia area.  They plan to close the bar and have food service for events booked in the hotel's banquet space.  Now in the time to reserve one of the banquet rooms for your holiday party.
