** EXIT Northland Realty is growing, and we’re looking for motivated real estate agents to serve buyers and sellers throughout Northern Wisconsin and the Twin Ports. We’re a locally owned brokerage building a strong group of agents who value honest advice, personal service, and steady business growth. **What you’ll do**
- Guide buyers and sellers from their first conversation through closing.
- Help clients understand properties, pricing, offers, and next steps.
- Prepare and coordinate transaction paperwork and deadlines.
- Build relationships through prospecting, follow-up, and community involvement.
- Maintain accurate client records and communicate regularly.
- Take part in training and apply what you learn.
**What we’re looking for**
- An active Wisconsin or Minnesota real estate license. Your license determines where you can practice.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to serving clients well.
- A self-motivated approach to building your business.
- Good organization and consistent follow-through.
- A willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive office culture. Experienced agents and newly licensed agents are welcome to connect.
