Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, fine dining, and hotel operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and enhance guest satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure inventory control procedures are followed to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management with a focus on quick service dining or bakery environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Proficiency in training development and implementing service standards
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant management practices including inventory control and cost management
- Outstanding customer service skills with a passion for exceeding guest expectations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
