Head Esports Coach – Job Opportunity at UW–Superior! The University of Wisconsin–Superior is seeking a dedicated professional to organize and administer its Varsity Esports program. This role oversees practices and competitions; recruits, mentors, and supports student-athletes; manages schedules, budgets, team travel, and home events; and ensures compliance with Esports conference regulations. The position may supervise student staff and volunteer or assistant coaches and plays a key role in directing the recruitment, training, and performance of the program in alignment with the mission and values of the UW–Superior Campus Recreation Department.
