Director of BSN Program - Assistant or Associate Professor of Nursing

UW-Superior seeks a visionary founding Program Director of Nursing to launch an innovative RN-to-BSN degree completion program, in partnership with the Universities of Wisconsin Office of Online & Professional Learning Resources BSN@Home Collaborative Program. The Program Director is a faculty member responsible for the leadership and administration of the nursing program (situated within the UW-Superior Department of Health and Human Performance), coordinating with the BSN@Home Steering Committee, and with established regional educational and employment partners. The director will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing curriculum, ensure compliance with accreditation standards, manage faculty and staff, and support student success. The director will also have a recurring teaching role in this program. The role requires strong collaborative leadership, strategic planning, and a commitment to excellence in nursing education.
