SUPERIOR, Wisconsin – Superior Chrysler Center announced today their first annual Northern Outdoorsmen show will take place on October sixth through the eighth inside the dealership showroom at 1318 Ogden Ave. The goal of this year's event is to raise money for the Wounded Warriors Guide Service, who's mission is to get service connected veterans back out in the field by providing all-expense paid trips throughout the Upper Midwest, primarily in Minnesota, and the Dakotas. Their activities include waterfowl hunting, big game hunting, bird hunting, canoeing, camping, fishing and ice fishing free of cost to area veterans.
''Every penny raised will be donated to the Wounded Warriors Guide Service. Please help us support the Wounded Warrior Guide Service in their goal to provide for the bravest among us,'' said Steve Colich, the store manager at Superior Chrysler. A silent auction and raffle will be held from Thursday October 6th until Saturday in order to raise money for the Guide Service, and the business is actively seeking other area businesses and vendors to donate equipment or apparel for the auction.
This event is perfectly timed to offer opportunity to outfit individuals for the rapidly approaching pheasant opener which is the week after the benefit, as well as deer and ice fishing seasons soon after.
More information as it becomes available will be posted on the dealerships Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/SuperiorChrysler.
