Women's Expo

On Saturday, April 18 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. the Parkland Community Group is presenting a Women's Expo at the Parkland Town Hall, 6221 E. Veterans Drive, South Range, just off of Highway K. Forty vendors and crafters will offer a wide variety of products and crafts for sale, just in time for Mother's Day and spring and summer shopping. A massage therapist will be available for massages also. Muffins, rolls, donuts, coffee and other beverages will be available, as well as a lunch of sloppy Joes, chips and bars.

The event is a fundraiser for the Parkland Community Group, with proceeds going towards projects including a community garden and an ice skating rink with lighting and a warming shack.
