On November 19, 2009 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.
the Superior Council for the Arts will bring the Wisconsin Arts Board to Superior, Wisconsin to present a workshop on Effective Grant Proposal Writing for community groups with an interest in the arts. AT Superior Public Library, 1530 Tower Avenue, Superior WI
This workshop is one of eight that have been scheduled throughout the state this Autumn. After a briefing on effective grant proposal writing practices, workshop participants will act as panelists on a mock arts grant review panel to review the strengths and weaknesses of applications... putting into practice what's just been learned. Wisconsin Arts Board staff will also offer one-on-one consultations.

As is the case for all WAB meetings, each workshop location is accessible to people with disabilities. Large Print Copies and Sign Language Interpreters are available with a two week notice.
