Session 1 Feb. 21: Learn from local experts how wines are made, what factors contribute to the diversity of flavors, and how to taste, enjoy, and select wines. A fun and easy way to learn about wines - includes wine tasting.
Session II Feb. 28: This class is designed for beginners who have completed the previous class or enthusiasts looking to enhance their wine experience. We'll offer a broader and deeper view into varous aspects of wine and wine appreciation while sampling a variety of wines. Participants must be age 21 or older.
Minimum 8 participants, maximum 20.
Cost $5 per person per class payable in advance. to Pilgrim Lutheran Church. Advance registration required. Part of Pilgrim Community School.
