Join us for Valentine's Day on the headwaters of the Upper St. Croix river for a romantic, candlelit evening of jazz, dinner, and friends. Featuring live jazz performed by the Hot Club of Duluth featuring Charlotte Dike and a four-course meal curated by James Meller. First Course: Tomato Basil Bisque with Garlic Herb Focaccia. Second Course: Heart shaped ravioli stuffed with a 4-cheese blend tossed in a brown butter herb sauce. Third Course: Coq Au Vin - Wine & brandy braised chicken with bacon, mushrooms, and herbs; served over roasted baby red potatoes. Dessert: Death By Chocolate: Layers of chocolate mousse, chocolate torte, dark chocolate ganache, and chocolate shavings. Childcare available at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church for Valentine’s Soirée participants. $5/child per hour 6pm-9pm. Proceeds raised by the middle and high school youth to raise funds for upcoming mission trips and leadership development.
