    Event Description:
    This is an opportunity to share with us the changing of the season-a time to reflect on what the summer has provided and what to look forward to as autumn begins. We will have a short ceremony to mark the end of summer and the beginning of fall followed by an optional walk around the lake. When we get back there will be chili, cornbread and more. There is no admission - just tell the park ranger you are there for the Fall Walk Around.

    6294 S. State Hwy. 35, Superior, WI 54880
    From Superior: From Belknap Street (US Highway 2/53) in downtown Superior, go south on Tower Avenue (State Highway 35) 13 miles. The park's main entrance will be on your left. Geographic coordinates are 46° 32' 13.23" N, 92° 7' 11.95" W.From the south via State Highway 53: Go west on Douglas County Road B for 16 miles to State Highway 35. Turn left (south) on Highway 35 for 0.25-miles to the entrance. From State Highway 77: Go north on Highway 35 for 45 miles to park entrance.
