Spring recruiting is an active time at the UW-Superior! This fair is a perfect opportunity to promote your upcoming jobs and internships, as well as build connections with students of all levels (from first-year to graduate students), across all majors. By attending the fair, you can increase your brand recognition on campus and actively educate students on how they can be working on their career readiness skills to develop into top candidates for current and future opportunities. We are so glad to partner with you build your talent pipeline and share your job and internship opportunities with our students and alumni. The fair is offered in partnership with the University of Wisconsin Superior, University of Minnesota-Duluth, the College of St. Scholastica, Lake Superior College, Northwood Technical College, and Fond du Lac Tribal & Community College. Connect with students from all of these campuses with one registration! This fair is also open to the community & we welcome job seekers looking for full-time, part-time, internship, & summer employment opportunities.
Registration Pricing:
General Registration: $300
Non-Profit/Government Registration: $200
Registration will be approved/confirmed upon RECEIPT OF PAYMENT IN FULL. NOTE: Upon submitting your registration request, a separate follow-up email will be sent to your organization’s registering contact email address with a link for submitting your payment.
Each registration includes:
●One booth with 6-foot table and two chairs. Booths are approximately 8-feet wide so please plan your displays accordingly and ensure your displays fully fit within this space
●One parking pass
●Two lunch tickets are automatically included in your registration. Due to space limitations, we recommend two representatives per booth but allow up to four for your coverage needs (extra rep tickets are available for purchase - select extra at registration)
Fair Timeline:
11:00 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. Employer Check-In, Set Up & Luncheon
1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Career & Internship Fair!
NEW TIME! Based on employer feedback, we’re trying out a new time for the fair!
Due to high demand for booth space at the Career Fair, payment in full must be received PRIOR to official registration approval. In our effort to provide a broad and balanced selection of opportunities for students, we review employer registration requests based on industry representation, student interest, and space availability according to this outlined approval process:
1. Employer Registration Request Received
2. Review for fit & TENTATIVE approval
3. Once your registration request is TENTATIVELY approved, you will receive a follow up e-mail with your unique invoice (sent to the email registrant's provided email address) with payment options.
4. Please pay this invoice within 2 weeks so your registration can be approved and we can promote your attendance to our faculty and students. Contact career@uwsuper.edu to make payment arrangements if extenuating circumstances will prevent you from paying in full within 2 weeks of your registration request.
5. Upon receipt of payment, registration will be approved/confirmed in Handshake.
