Superior/Douglas County Housing Needs Analysis Forum

The City of Superior and Douglas County will be holding two forums on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 to discuss the findings and recommendations of the recently completed “Comprehensive Housing Needs Analysis for the City of Superior and Douglas County, Wisconsin,” conducted by Maxfield Research & Consulting. Mary Bujold, the principal investigator from Maxfield Research & Consulting will present key findings and be available to answer questions.

Both forums will be held at the Superior Public Library (1530 Tower Avenue, Superior) large conference room. The first forum will be held at noon, the second forum will be held at 5:00 pm. Developers, real estate brokers and agents, land owners, members of the financial community, county, city, village and town officials and anyone interested in housing development in Superior and Douglas County are welcome to attend either forum.  Refreshments will be provided courtesy of APEX.
