    Event Description:
    SunRise Yoga on Wisconsin Point is a free morning group Sun Salutation class open to all levels. The class is 30 min long -6:15-6:45am. All participants are welcome to use Superior Balance Fitness Center locker rooms, showers, hot tubs, and saunas on a free guest pass following the class. Please park in the first #1 parking lot as you enter the beach area and walk the short path over the sand dunes to our location. Dress appropriately for weather (no class if raining - call Superior Balance Fitness Center for rain confirmation 715.392.9860), bring bug spray if needed, mat/towel/blanket to work on, and prepare to begin your week in a wonderful, gentle, manner. Its been us and the geese in the past.

    First Parking Lot of Wisconsin Point - do not go into the forest or to the lighthouse. Park in Lot #1. Take HWY 2 & 53 to Moccosin Mike Rd just south of Superior. Turn left. Take left at sign into Wisconsin Point Beach area. Parking lot is on right just after the small curves.
