Rod Stewart Tribute Concert & Dinner fundraiser

A dinner and show to benefit the Lake Minnesuing Country Park Project, at the Auditorium in Lake Nebagamon.

The evening's fun begins with a cocktail hour from 5:30-6:30 p.m., followed by the spaghetti and meatball dinner.

The uniue show "A Tribute To Rod Stewart" begins at 8:30 p.m.

Tickets are $20 pr person for dinner and the show and may be obtained by calling Robin Arbucket, 374-2876.

The tribute is performed by Steve Bobbett, who has been performing it for over 16 years. He has performed the show all over the country, including Las Vgas, Aspen, CO, Memphis, and Fort Lauderdale. His Renditions of "Maggie Mae", "Hot Legs", and " Foever Young" and the standards from the "Great American Song Book" leave the audience wanting more.

Bobbet's stirking resemblance to Stewart, his distinctive voice and eye for detail keeps this tribute atist busy. He is accompanied by Winston Dunbar, who plays the keyboard, guitar and mandolin and sings back up. Proceeds of the event will go to the park project, which is designed to address the erosion taking place due to rain water run-off, improve safety within the park and enhance the enjoyment of those using it.
