    Sorbet Entrees: Prime Rib (16 ounce) Steak, Shrimp Ribs, Chicken or Filet Oscar Walleye with Lemon Beurre Blanc, Wild Alaskan Salmon with Mango Salsa, Lobster Mornay with Wild mushrooms over pasta Seafood, Platter with sauteed scallops and shrimp, Duroc Pork Chops.
