    Big Bill Morganfield is the son of McKinley Waters, the famed Muddy Waters.

    Big Bill’s debut album, ''Rising Son,'' earned him the title Best New Blues Artist at the W.C.Handy Awards in 2000. Bill honors his father by performing deep Chicago Blues. He also tells his own stories with original songs, a wide variety of style, and fiery slide guitar.

    30 minutes south of Superior, travel US 53 to Solon Springs take Business 53 to Marion Ave. The event is in the Lucius Woods County Park. There are no park fees.
