"Morning's at Seven" focuses on Aaronette, Ida and Esther Gibbs, three aging sisters living in a small Midwestern town in 1938. Their lives are thrown into a tizzy when Myrtle Brown takes matters into her own hands to wring a marriage proposal from Ida's son, Homer.
The plot explores how families provide security as well as suffocate, and offer ease along with irritation.
