    Events: 100 meters, predicted mile, open mile, 800 meters, 400 meters, 5k cross-country run (true 5k instead of the 3-mile cross country course!) / cool down /jog/race. All ages and abilities are welcome, from youth to grandmasters. Fun and informal!
    Please fill out the waiver ahead of time and bring to the meet with you.
