    Event Description:
    McDougall’s Dream is our annual gathering to raise funds for restoration and preservation of the SS Meteor. Daytime talks feature local maritime topics. Dinner, keynote speaker, and silent auction fill the evening. Proceeds help restore and preserve the SS Meteor, the last remaining whaleback freighter and the legacy of Captain Alexander McDougall. Hearty buffet dinner catered by the Duluth Grill. Cash bar. Silent auction featuring artwork, tours, memorabilia and services. Reservations are recommended.
