Lunch & Learn: American Cancer Society in Superior and Douglas County by Sara Mowchan and Melissa Kadlec

Have lunch and learn with Sara Mowchan, Community Manager for Relay for Life, and Melissa Kadlec, Senior Market Manager, Community Engagement with American Cancer Society, as they give an overview of national and local American Cancer Society activities. They’ll also touch on Relay for Life in Douglas County. You’ll also hear from special guest Bonnie Beste of the City of Superior on American Cancer Society’s Active for Life program, a 10-week program that encourages employees to be more active on a regular basis by setting individual goals and forming teams for motivation and support.

The American Cancer Society is a nationwide, community-based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, the ACS has regional and local offices throughout the country that support 11 geographical Divisions and ensure we have a presence in every community.
