At some point our electronic items (phones, televisions, computers) and our vehicles are no longer usable. This program will include community business speakers who deal with recycling metals and electronic waste.
It's an exciting time that more and more materials are recyclable. The waste bin is not the place for all unwanted items. The materials can be part of something new.
Last year's program was on recycling plastic, glass and papers and this year the focus is on metals, rubber, and "toy" recycling. Come on over and learn. This event is coordinated through the City of Superior Environmental Services.
The event is open to the public and no cost to attend.
