Join us for the annual Fairlawn Fundraiser and Ice Cream Social! Filled with community fun, sweet treats, music, activities and more, all to support preserving one of Superior’s most treasured historic landmarks. Donations from the event will be used for continued restoration efforts at the mansion, new exhibits for the community, and helping fund our field trip program to invite our littlest visitors to the mansion at an affordable price. This year, the event will feature familiar favorites like a car show, free tours, kids games, and a vendor market, but we will also be hosting new activities like a petting zoo with Adventure Acres, raffle prizes and giveaways, and most importantly, free ice cream! We will also be honoring the 100-year anniversary of baseball icon Babe Ruth visiting Fairlawn by unveiling a new plaque on the front steps of the mansion. Bring your baseball glove and play catch with our special guests, the UW-Superior Baseball Team! You won’t want to miss this fun-filled day for a great cause. Admission is free, donations welcome (food and raffle tickets will be available for purchase).
