''Hearts of Hope'' Valentine Dinner

On Tuesday, February 14th we will present our second annual "Hearts of Hope" Valentine Dinner at 6:00pm, 1112 Tower Ave Superior, WI. Last year's pasta was a 'brag about' success. A limited amount of tickets are still available. Tickets are $20.00 if purchased before Friday, $25.00 at the door and $15.00 for students. A FREE rose will be given to the first 20 people in the door!

This year we are creating two different lasagna dishes. One will be traditional meat lasagna and one will be vegetarian with squash, portabella mushrooms, and a white sage-infused cream sauce. We handmade the pasta noodles and everything is made from scratch. Tony at Super One in Superior has donated all the salad ingredients and The Challenge Center is donating the tomatoes to make our red sauce. For dessert we have handmade, over-sized melt in your mouth frosted sugar cookies, made by Annaliese Peterson.

Absolutely the best fresh bread made in Superior, "The Red Mug Bakery" is donating all the baguettes for the dinner. An assortment of beverages will be offered, along with wine with a small donation for those who are 21 years old and older.

As always, we will hold a silent auction with a wonderful variety of gift ideas to bid on for yourself or for your special valentine. We have everything from roses, jewelry, to passes to Nemadji Golf Course. This dinner is not just for couples, it is a nice evening for singles and friends alike. Talented women from UMD are coming over and presenting a few excerpts from The Vagina Monologues. This is an evening not to miss! In addition, chair massages will be available.
