    The North End Arts Council is proud to announce the winner of our juried exhibit. Angie Haworth of Superior, WI, will be exhibiting at the North End Arts Gallery in March and April, showing her beautiful quilts.

    The second of four in our exhibition series, ''Eye of the Artist’s Needle'' is supported in part by a grant from the Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the State of Wisconsin and the National Endowment for the Arts.''
