EARLY ADOPTERS PROJECT, Sustainable Twin Ports

About the Project: This project will provide professional training and planning assistance for your organization. Instead of hiring a sustainability consultant, here’s a way to do it yourself. People from your organization who receive this training will learn how to assess your current environmental impact, develop a vision for the future, and then actually begin to implement changes moving towards the vision. By participating in this process, your business can become a sustainability model for the Twin Ports.

The Commitment: The primary commitment from your organization would be time and a very strong interest in making sustainable changes This is a year-long project The first part of the training is learning a sustainability framework. After that, the 1 and 2-day sessions spread over the year will be devoted to your organization applying the framework to meet its needs. There will be some ''homework'', which will be directly related to developing a unique sustainable vision for your workplace.
