SUPERIOR, Wis. The Center for Continuing Education/Extension at the University of Wisconsin-Superior offers a two-day seminar dealing with personnel systems and law instructed by Ken Buck.
''Current Personnel Issues'' runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursday and Friday, May 7&8, 2009 at Rothwell Student Center Room 111. Basic personnel systems and personnel law will be examined. This workshop is aimed at individuals who have not received formal training in recruiting, hiring, managing, and discharging employees but must nevertheless perform those functions.
