City Planning & Permitting
The City of Superior Planning Department provides assistance to applicants and reviews requests including street and alley vacations, rezoning requests, special use permits, land sales, and subdivisions of land. The department is also charged with developing and maintaining the City’s Comprehensive Plan; a document that dictates public policy in terms of transportation, utilities, land use, recreation, and housing.
As a business, learn more about how the City Planning Department can help your business meet your needs and goals when it comes to City Planning and permitting. In this session, we will cover what the City Planning office looks for, what known issues are, common frustrations, what does and does not need permitting, and reviewing procedure to ensure the process of getting your business permitting done correctly and the process is smooth.
