Cause for the Paws

5K walk/run and raffle to raise money for the homeless animals of Douglas County. Entry fee $25 individual; $50 for family. All human participants receive a t-shirt, and canines receive a bandanna. Participants who raise at least $50 in pledges beyond the entry fee will also get a sweatshirt. Registration forms avalable at www.hsdcpets.com under events, or local businesses. Pre-registration suggested. Check in begins at 8 a.m. and walk/run starts at 9 a.m. on Sept. 10th.
