    Winners of the 13th Annual Business Plan Competition will be announced at the Superior Rotary Club luncheon.

    The competition is sponsored by The Development Association, Superior Business Improvement District, The Chamber, Superior Rotary, UWS Small Business Development Center and the Northeast Entrepreneur Fund, Inc.
