Bullying at School and Work: Understanding and Responding in Positive Ways

This one day workshop will explore bullying in schools and workplaces including a complete youth to adult continuum.

The session is led by an experienced workplace conflict resolution expert and high school principal, both of whom have practical experience with bullying issues.

After setting the stage of what bullying is and how it operates in schools/workplaces, the session will explore practical responses, tools and techniques for proactively and positively dealing with bullying behavior.
