Time Arc Theatre presents its new comedy, Around the Town With Tinker Lindquist. Tinker, a local TV talk show host in 1962, is determined to win the “Twin Ports Personality of the Year” award. On the final day for viewers to vote, she wants to make today’s show her best, but as the live episode unfolds, things don’t go as she had planned, maybe in part because of dirty dealings by her biggest competitor, Edna Polaski. Edna’s “Out of the Gutter” bowling show won the trophy last year and she wants a strike again this year…no matter what she has to do!
