Douglas County dogs and their human attendants are invited to participate in the Third Annual Bark For Life Walk/Run on Sat., Oct. 15 on Superior's Mellennium Trail. This unique fundraising event offers prizes, refreshments and a 45 minute obedience demonstration by the Twin Ports Dog Training Club. Registration starts at 9:00 AM and Obedience demonstration starts at 9:30 AM with the walk/run immediately following.
The walk will be led by canine and human cancer survivors. Lunch and photos will be available for a donation. There will also be a raffle. Prizes in various categories will be awarded around noon.
