    Event Description:
    Jim Pospisil and Eli Bissonett offer a Classical violin and piano recital at the Fairlawn Mansion. A talented multi-instrumentalist in Duluth who teaches at the UMD School of Music and performs with DSSO, Jim brings his dynamic piano skills to bear in this performance. Eli performs violin and multiple fiddle styles throughout the region, and teaches through the UMD Fine Arts Academy: Classically-trained and versatile. The program will include masterworks by Amy Beach, Bela Bartok, Jean Sibelius, Arvo Part, Arto Jarvela, Francoise Schubert, and Fritz Kreisler. Light refreshments will be served.
