8th Annual Caregiver Conference for family and professional caregivers. Featured speakers will discuss Caregiving and the Spiritual Life, Physical Changes at the End of Life, Hospice Services, Family Care Services, Music Therapy, and Wellness. Lunch, conference materials and door prizes included in registration fee. Conference Fee is $5.00 for family caregivers and $10.00 for professional caregivers. Scholarships are available.
