On April 5th and 6th, the Gitchee Gumme Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation is once again offering a FREE Youth Learn to Hunt event in Douglas County. Youths between 10 and 17 years old who haven’t already participated in a LTH Turkey Hunt, are invited to apply. The entry deadline is March 10th. A mandatory DNR seminar will be offered at the Amnicon Town Hall on US2 on March 15th. Interested persons can download the entry forms off the Gitchee Gumme Chapter’s Facebook page.
