    Event Description:
    The Douglas County Historical Society, 1101 John Avenue, presents the 1943 USO Canteen Radio Show on Saturday, December 7, at 2:00 pm and 6:30 pm, and Sunday, December 8, at 2:00 pm. 

    Join Bob Hope and friends for an evening of jokes, singing, dancing and news of the day.  Swing to ‘40s music with Randy Lee and the Northland Youth Music Group and enjoy Hollywood Canteen-style food of coffee, donuts and SPAM sandwiches.  

    Proceeds in part go to the Northland Youth Music Group summer camp.  Tickets are $15.00 and available at DCHS.
